As Director of Technology, Jared leads the firm’s strategic initiatives around technology, data, and operational efficiency. He works across teams to ensure our technology functions as a seamless ecosystem—one that upholds the highest standards of security and compliance, enhances client experience, and supports advisor workflows.
Jared’s transition into this role was a natural evolution from his previous position as Senior Financial Planner, where he developed deep expertise in crafting personalized financial plans. His planning philosophy—centered on clarity, intentionality, and impact—continues to guide his approach to technology: building systems that serve a clear purpose and empower people to do their best work.
Jared leads with a mindset focused on clarity of purpose and long-term impact. He believes that when people understand why their systems matter, they’re empowered to use them with intention—creating technology that not only solves today’s problems but supports growth and adaptability well into the future.
Whether solving for client needs or game mechanics, Jared enjoys thoughtful strategy in all forms. He’s a self-deemed ‘board game guru’ and also enjoys playing video games. He lives in Copley, Ohio, with his spouse, KC, and his cat, Chonk.
